• Career guidance and development
• Brand partnership opportunities
• Content strategy consultation
• Financial management and payment processing
• Legal support and contract negotiation
• Marketing and promotional services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our compensation model is commission-based. We receive a percentage of earnings generated through partnerships and opportunities we facilitate. The specific commission rate will be outlined in your individual contract.

Payment processing times may vary depending on the platform and payment method. We strive to process payments as quickly as possible, typically within 7-14 business days.

All fees and commissions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You retain all rights to the content you create. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and promote your content for the purpose of providing our services and marketing our platform.

All SuperTalentHub branding, logos, and proprietary content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Use our services for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperTalentHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
